Perfectly pink smoothie

Wow the PINK of this one is out of this world… it almost looks fluorescent! I’m loving beetroots at the moment as they are so good for you, and the vibrant colours of this one really get you going in the morning.

Ingredients

1 beetroot
Half avocado
Handful raspberries
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
Coconut water
1 tsp cashew butter

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and put into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet).  Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – hmmm :-)
