Choco-berry smoothie

 

This delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants. With raw cacao (one of the highest antioxidant value of all the natural foods in the world), and combined with berries, it’s a totally winning way to start your day.

Ingredients

1 generous handful of mixed berries
1 TBSP cocoa nibs
I stick of kale
Coconut water
1 TBSP pecan nuts
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and put into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet).  Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – hmmm :-)
