Food & Body Wisdom Mastery (1:1 support)

I offer 1:1 coaching and recommend starting with 12 sessions. This is the perfect way to start your healing journey.

I bring together the power of psychology, mindset work and nutrition science to rewire your mind and establish a healthy relationship with food and your body. Over the course of our time together, you’ll experience a deep healing process, which starts with my unique "timeline" method using the “tornado model” to uncover what’s keeping you stuck.

Together, we'll identify and challenge the core beliefs and mindset patterns that have been holding you back, while also implementing "nutritional rehabilitation" to balance your blood sugar levels and nourish your body.

I'll be by your side, with weekly 1:1 meetings, personalised resources, and text message support to provide guidance every step of the way. We will work to bring peace and confidence back into your life.

Binges to Balance Academy (Group Coaching + Membership) - £27 p/m

Binges to Balance Academy is a membership program to help you take back control of your eating habits in just 6 weeks without resorting to restrictive diets or hiding binge food.

Inside you’ll find live coaching, Q&A calls, masterclasses, on-demand training, tools, recipes, meal plans and week-day support for £27 per month (which you can cancel anytime).
