Words are powerful. Perhaps more powerful than you’d imagine.

Whilst you are healing your relationship with food and your body image, these food freedom affirmations can help. Write them down, say them out-loud (or to yourself), say them to yourself in the mirror, journal about them; and slowly you’ll find a change in your relationship to food & your body.

Food Freedom

  • I deserve to eat today, no matter what I ate yesterday

  • Food nourishes my body

  • Food is satisfying and delicious

  • Nourishing my body is an act of self care

  • I am more than the food I eat

  • Food is neutral - neither “good” nor “bad”

  • I am creating a healthy & happy relationship with food
