Blueberry & ginger smoothie

The purplest, most delicious smoothie everrrrr! That colour! This one is packed full of blueberries which are soooooo good for you! With tonnes of vitamins, antioxidants, they help reduce DNA damage, protect against ageing and cancer, may lower blood pressure and improve your memory. Definitely a smoothie to have regularly then!

Ingredients

Handful of blueberries
Handful of spinach
1 inch lump of ginger
Coconut water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and pop them into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet).  Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – yummmmm :-)
