Cleansing smoothie
This is a refreshing & cleansing smoothie - there’s a tanginess from the berries & lemon juice, and nutty / sweetness from the hazelnut butter & vanilla protein. This is a great way to start your day and keep you full until lunchtime.
Ingredients
2 inch chunk of cucumber
Juice of half a lemon
1 handful of mixed berries
1 handful coconut flakes
1 heaped tsp hazelnut butter
Vanilla protein powder
Coconut water
Method
Prepare all the ingredients and pop them into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet). Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – hmmm :-)
You can use extra coconut flakes on top for decoration!
