Green Berry Smoothie
The combination of "greens", coriander, berry & cocoa nibs in this smoothie is divine. It's energy-boosting, and cleansing. Coriander and celery are well known for their cleansing properties; whilst the berries, broccoli & cocoa nibs will give you a boost to help you feel energised to start the day.
Ingredients
1 large broccoli florret
1 stick of celery
1 handful of mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries in this one)
1 handful cashew nuts
2 sprigs of coriander
Sprinkling of cocoa nibs
Vanilla protein powder
Coconut water
Method
Prepare all the ingredients and pop them into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet). Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – hmmm :-)
You can use extra cocoa nibs on top for decoration!
