Apple & Ginger smoothie
 

This smoothie feels fresh and cleansing.  A fabulous way to start the day, or a mid-afternoon pick me up - it will give you a fabulous energy boost. Ginger is known to soothe the digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties; coriander is cleansing and apples have important vitamins and minerals which keep you healthy.  

Ingredients

1 apple
1cm chunk of ginger
1 handful of coriander
10-15 grapes
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Coconut water

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and pop them into a smoothie maker (I use a nutri-bullet).  Whizz for 40 seconds and enjoy – hmmm :-)

You can use extra cocoa nibs on top for decoration!
